The SCB-7969 is a 1U rack-mounted network security hardware platform designed for high performance IDS/IPS, firewall, VPN gateway, load balancing and UTM. It supports Intel® Pentium® M/ Celeron® M ULV processor with Intel® 915GME/910GMLE chipset and ICH6-M I/O controller and features system memory up to 2GB with two DDRII memory sockets. Both CompactFlash™ and memory can be accessed and replaced for software upgrades through an easily removable cover.

This platform affords four GbE Copper or eight GbE Copper reserved optional one pair with bypass function on front-panel. The front panel also supports one RS-232 serial port for local system management, maintenance and diagnostics. In addition, the SCB-7969 supports one PCI-E x 4 slot, one PCI-E x 8 golden finger via optional riser card, one PCI expansion slot. It is RoHS and FCC & CE compliant.
